Managing Director
Lindsay spent 12 years working at Henley College as a Senior Lecturer. The time spent here also included an 18 month spell seconded to Warwick University and 3 years teaching on and main liaison with Coventry University’s/Henley College’s Management Education Programme. The last 11 years Lindsay has been Managing Director of The Lindsay Judge Connection Ltd.

Charles Barnascone is a highly experienced Trainer, Sales Coach and Business Development Consultant. He has worked with a large number of diverse companies delivering training solutions in an innovative way and providing business development support.
Ann Manning
Ann’s background includes working both operational and HR management, where she is used to developing a range of services including HR policy, designing and delivering training programmes and providing personalised coaching.
Rachel White
Rachel specialises in facilitating a broad spectrum of training for people who care about the services they deliver. Rachel's previous roles include Staff Advocate, Childcare worker, Family Centre Manager, Lecturer, Staff Development Officer and Senior Health and Safety officer - this unique combination enables training to be developed at the level and angle required by participants - with theory and practicality entwined.
