Be familiar with the main types of models of organisational change, together with their strengths and weaknesses.Have worked with three major models of organisational change and understand how they can help us develop ways of dealing with change in their own organisations.Be familiar with the concept of culture, different forms of organisational culture and how culture is a major factor in determining the speed and direction of organisational change.Have explored the issues surrounding one particular set of changes in some depth and form, a variety of perspectives that can be used in practice.

The course blends tutor input with case study work and a comprehensive handout pack will be available for each delegate.
DURATION:
The course is normally run over one day, but it can be tailored to suit the specific needs of a company.
