The workshop uses a combination of experiential learning situations, using professional actors and fully trained facilitators, to develop participant’s skills in the areas of interviewing, contributing to case conferences and decision making. The importance of the service users and carer’s experiences of the processes is considered during the workshop.
Participants will perform their own job role and responsibilities throughout the two day workshop in a supportive learning environment.
