Those involved in tutoring sessions of a more theoretical nature, or who conduct instructional presentations to groups and conduct group discussions.
The course is designed to improve instructor confidence; provide clear objectives for instructors and trainees; suggest ways in which training aids can be used; improve the quality of the training provision.
COURSE STYLE
The course is designed to be highly participative. In addition to short tutor inputs, participation is encouraged through group activity and individual practice sessions. Each delegate will be asked to present two practice training sessions, tutor and peer group feedback will be used to form the basis of a personal action plan.

The course would normally be run on an individual day basis with at least one week between each, to allow the delegates to prepare their practice sessions
DELEGATE NUMBERS
In light of the amount of time needed for the delegate practice session, a ratio of one tutor to six delegates is the maximum that can be accepted.
