Through a process of Tutor input and discussion the delegates will have an understanding of the discrimination acts and the importance of managing diversity and equality so that every individual is treated fairly and in a non-discriminatory manner.

Who is this course for?

All staff, but especially for managers whose responsibility it is to ensure a working areas free from prejudice and discrimination

During the course, delegates will:
