Modern research indicates that for a manager large a proportion of time at work is taken up with managing work output of individuals, resolving interpersonal conflicts or living with grievances. This situation can be greatly improved by understanding and applying the skills of team working.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

For managers who have to manage teams now, or those about to be formed. The programme is especially geared to traditional single location team management, but we will also spend some time exploring the problems encountered in managing teams at a distance.

AIM OF THE COURSE

This interactive and fast paced programme will combine tutor input with a number of management exercises to explore the key elements of Team Management; to develop knowledge and understanding of how teams are formed, and how we can plan to work efficiently and effectively with teams.
