Ann’s background includes working both operational and HR management, where she is used to developing a range of services including HR policy, designing and delivering training programmes and providing personalised coaching. Her experience has been within a wide range of public and private sector organisations, in the UK and other countries and working within early years/childcare environments.

The areas she is involved in most frequently are: management development programmes, business awareness, diversity, and personal development. Some of the programmes that she currently delivers are accredited to enable delegates to achieve a recognised qualification. These include ILM programmes from level 2 to 5 along with the CIPD certificate in training practice.

She holds a Post-graduate diploma in HR Management and a Masters degree in Human Resource Strategy.
